I Musikanti di Amberyn

In Books on February 26, 2008 at 6:45 pm

The last couple of weeks I’ve been working on an illustration of another GM Willo book: I Musikanti di Amberyn. It’s a children’s book about the land of Amberyn which reminds a lot of Holland. The land is occupied with mostly sailer men and musicians who use their instruments to make magic. Some of them search new ways of making music in order to create more powerful magic. This leads to many adventures. I Musikanti di Amberyn is not just about good en bad but more about making wise choices in life. On http://www.willoworld.net you’ll be able to find more information about the book.

Il Libro di Floria

In Books on January 20, 2008 at 6:24 pm

On request of my husband, GM Willo, I created an illustration for the cover and back of his new children’s book ‘Il Libro di Floria’ (The Book of Floria). It was very interesting to work on an illustration that started out as the idea of someone else.

“I COLORI DI NINI’”( Nini’s colors) is a short children’s story accompanied by 5 illustrations of mine. The story is about a small deer searching for his true colors. The text is written in italian but shall soon be translated in more languages (English, Dutch).
